Kentree Family Privacy

We make every effort to maintain the privacy of family members.
If you provide any personal information to me , by phone, E-mail, US Mail or by a third party, we will not disclose this information to any external party unless authorized by you, the family member. We will maintain this information in strict confidentiality. I do keep and maintain a master copy of the "KenTree database" on my hard drive as well as a backup CD disk and regularly send a copy to my son to insure we don't lose it. There is also a copy kept in storage on a secure site on the Internet.
With the time and money we have invested the KenTree database is becoming a very valuable document.

We want to assure each of you that parts of the family tree that contain living members full names and associated dates will never intentionally be made public without their specific authorization, "public" meaning posted on the Internet or distributed outside the family. As each family group is completed I will provide a complete family group and descendant report to members of that particular family group only. As this information is received please read it carefully and send me any additions, corrections and omissions. It is your job to keep your part of the tree current.
